The Newark Museum's Centennial Celebration 2009 April 23rd-April 26th 2009.I have been going to the Newark Museum since I was a wee troublemaker...it holds the most special place in my heart. It has random art in the back of the lawn. A centuries old schoolhouse, A Buddhist temple, and awesome exhibits. My favorite part as a kid was pretending I live in the Ballentine house and that I was rich. HA!
The Newark Museum is celebrating 100 years of being a gem in the Newark Community. Starting today, there will be various events going on through the weekend.
Today there is facing painting and other activities going on.
On April 25th, it is dinosaur day from 10-4:30pm
